STARTERS

Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls
Served with red pepper aioli and spicy Thai dipping sauce.

Caicos Island Conch Fritters
Fresh Caicos Island conch mixed with white onion, red & yellow peppers and celery. Lightly fried and served with Cajun aioli & spicy lime sauce.

Pan Seared Sea Scallops
Three pan seared pea & carrot risotto cakes each topped with a fresh scallop & drizzled with our yuze glaze.

ENTREES

Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye
Bone – in oak grilled blackened ribeye served with whole grain mustard sauce and truffle mac & cheese.

King Crab Pasta
Served over linguine pasta with your choice of either spicy red sauce or extra virgin olive oil, garlic, diced Roma tomatoes, & arugula.

Maui Waui Sushi Roll
Fresh oven baked coconut lobster tail, cream cheese, asparagus, and pineapple roll topped with fresh tuna and finished with eel sauce & coconut sauce.
